My first attempt at lemon meringue pie was successful and unsuccessful all at once!!
The crust and the filling was easy enough to do and tastes amazing BUT the egg whites just didn’t want to play ball!
Definitely something to attempt again!
The real key will be will it taste good overall or not!!…. drumroll!
So the motto of the post. Try and try again. There’s so many reasons according to google that they didn’t want to play ball or it could have been completely a stretch goal for me. Learnings learnings!
